Terms And Conditions
For Students:
1. Eligibility:
Participants must be enrolled students at an accredited educational institution,college or school.
2. Registration:
Students must complete the registration process before the specified deadline. Registration forms must be filled accurately and completely.
3. Commitment:
Participants must commit to actively engaging in all program activities, including workshops, mentorship sessions, and project development. Non-compliance with program commitments may result in disqualification.4. Intellectual Property:
Participants retain full ownership of any intellectual property developed during the program. By participating, students grant VISION the right to showcase their work for promotional purposes.
5. Code of Conduct:
Respectful and professional conduct is expected at all times. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the program.
For Institutions:
1. Accreditation:
Participating institute must be officially recognized by the appropriate governing bodies. Institutions from all regions and disciplines are eligible to participate.
2. Faculty Support:
Institute must designate faculty members to support and guide students throughout the program. Faculty mentors are encouraged to actively engage in mentorship activities and provide assistance as needed.
3. Resource Allocation:
Institutes are responsible for providing necessary resources, such as workspace, equipment, and internet access, to participating students. Adequate support should be provided to ensure students can fully engage in the program activities.
For Corporate/Sponsors:
1. Financial Support:
Corporate sponsors are expected to provide financial support to the VISION Program. Contributions will be used to fund program activities, including workshops, mentorship sessions, and project development.
2. Recognition and Branding:
Sponsors will receive recognition for their contribution to the program. Branding opportunities may include logo placement on program materials, acknowledgment in press releases, and visibility during program events.
3. Engagement Opportunities:
Sponsors may have the opportunity to engage with student participants, faculty mentors, and other stakeholders during the program. Networking events and corporate presentations can facilitate interactions and collaboration between sponsors and program participants.
4. Reporting and Accountability:
Sponsors will receive regular updates on program progress and outcomes. Transparency and accountability are paramount, and sponsors can request detailed reports on how their contributions are utilized.
For Mentors:
1. Expertise:
Mentors should possess relevant expertise and experience in their respective fields. Individuals with a passion for guiding and nurturing young talent are encouraged to participate.
2. Time Commitment:
Mentors must commit to regular interactions with student teams throughout the program duration. Availability for scheduled mentorship sessions and ad-hoc consultations is essential.
3. Confidentiality:
Mentors must respect the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by student teams. Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information is strictly prohibited.
4. Professionalism:
Professional conduct, respect, and integrity are paramount. Mentors are expected to serve as positive role models and provide constructive feedback to student teams.
By participating in the VISION Program, all stakeholders agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. Violation of these terms may result in disqualification or expulsion from the program.
